Meet the team behind A/E Collaborative. Our core team is comprised of Tarolyn Buckles, a civil engineer with over 30 years of infrastructure design, construction engineering, and project management experience for major transportation (roadway, rail, and airports) and water resources projects. Ms. Buckles is also a real estate developer who manages design and construction of commercial real estate projects. Karen Burton, a 35-year AEC industry practitioner who has performed as an Architectural Designer for residential and large-scale commercial projects, taught architecture at the college level, and is experienced in construction administration and facilities management; and Bobby Burton, Operations Manager with over 30 years proficiency in project management.
